ZAiKS Society of Authors
ZAiKS is an organization established in 1918 that brings together Polish artists, including composers, poets, playwrights, choreographers, translators, publicists, screenwriters. The main purpose of the organization is to manage their copyrights, grant permits to users on behalf of creators, collect due remuneration, prosecute copyright infringements. Moreover, the association supports the activities of Polish authors by organizing competitions and funding prizes, running creative work houses, as well as providing social assistance.
Music Export Poland is an export office for Polish music. The main goal of its activities is to bring about a radical increase in the export of Polish works, artists and recordings to foreign markets. The office is part of the Foundation, of the same name, established by ZAIKS and ZPAV. MExP focuses its activities on three main areas:
- creation of databases and providing access to the information contained in them;
- educational activities and consulting on promotional and marketing issues;
- facilitating contacts with foreign markets.
The Goyki 3 Art Inkubator is a new self-government cultural institution in Sopot. Its primary goal is to carry out activities aimed at creating and promoting culture, cultural education and supporting creative environments. Art Inkubator is involved in building a network of cooperation between domestic and foreign environments, organizing
artist residencies and creative work programs. We are engaged in documenting the phenomena accompanying cultural life and popularizing the culture and history of the city of Sopot.
