Iryna Gorova

10 years of experience in banking and 10 years of expertise in the creative industry allowed her to develop a personal approach to business. Starting with the founding of the production center MOZGI Entertainment in 2010, she transformed it into MO3GI GROUP – the largest marketainment company in the creative sector of Ukraine.

Iryna is a member of professional and business communities on a local and national scale: she is the co-chair of the working group on the concert industry of the Council for the Development of the Creative Industry under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, a member of the supervisory board of the Ukrainian Copyright and Related Rights Agency “UAASP”, a member of the board of the All-Ukrainian Association of Musical Events “VAMP”, is a member of the expert council of the YUNA national music award, a closed club of medium-sized and large business entrepreneurs CEO Club Ukraine and the civic organization Aspen Institute Kyiv.

Her name is included in the TOP of the most successful women in the business of Ukraine (by version of Forbes Ukraine, Novoe Vremya magazines).

She has an MBA qualification (Kyiv Mohyla Business School).
