Liudmyla Tsymbal

She has 10 years of experience in copyright and collective management sphere and is a Director of Licensing and International at Non-governmental organization “Ukrainian Agency of Copyright and Related Rights” (NGO UACRR). NGO UACRR is Ukrainian music and drama copyright society, member of International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers (CISAC). NGO UACRR represents global music repertoire in Ukraine having close to 100 reciprocity agreements with sister copyright societies around the globe, including Polish authors’ society ZAIKS. Liudmyla has participated in numerous national and international events and working groups dedicated to copyright and collective management representing the interests of Ukrainian creators.

Since the beginning of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Liudmyla is actively involved in International initiative Creators for Ukraine, initiated and launched in partnership with ZAIKS. Societies around the globe have already contributed over EUR 1,5 million to support Ukrainian creators and victims of war. With such unprecedented support of partner CMOs like ZAIKS, Ukrainian copyright society NGO UACRR is able to continue its operation in the wartime and help Ukrainian creators to survive these difficult times.
